We’ve made a name for ourselves in the open deck/flatbed industry, and there’s a reason why we’re mavericks out here on the road. We have a dedicated focus on safety and driver training and top-of-line equipment. We always keep our finger on the pulse of new and ever-changing safety technology, and we’re considered one of the best in our industry.

Join us – having prior Class A driving experience is great, but not required. Our flatbed training is designed to prepare you for a successful career as a professional Maverick driver. Our extended training program is available to those without flatbed experience, or for those who might need extra flatbed training.

Pay and Benefits:
Student Flatbed Division

The best benefits for our most experienced drivers and students

$.55 per mile Starting Pay Regional & OTR Flatbed
$750 PAID PRE (Pre-Employment Evaluation Pay) with travel, lodging, breakfast, and lunch provided
$700 Flatbed Business Unit Training
$15/hr Detention Pay and $50 Tarp Pay
$1,000-$2,000 CDL-A Driver Referral Bonus (rehires are ineligible)
Paid Weigh Station Bypass & Tolls
$500 Non-CDL Referral Bonus (Includes CDL Training Program applicants, securement, technicians, and office positions.)

Paid Vacation (Earned Monthly!)
Holiday Pay-$100/day for 6 holidays per year once solo

Pay increases up to 5 years
Pay for Performance Bonus Program (up to $.06 per mile bonus)
