While the Maverick Way certainly isn't for everyone, we find that it’s a natural fit for many military veterans  – 17% of our fleet has served in the armed forces.

Maverick has been recognized by The Arkansas Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, for our efforts made to support Guard and Reserve members through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed.

Since 2017, Maverick has been named a U.S. Veterans Magazine “Best of the Best” top veteran-friendly company. We support our military veterans to be the best professional drivers they can be - especially since they've been there for all of us.
